The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you use our ManagerCloud service. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

3. Data Collection and Legal Basis
A. Contractual Necessity (Art. 6 I b GDPR)
Processing of user master data, financial records, receipts, and e-invoices to provide the Cloud Service.
B. Security (Art. 6 I f GDPR)
Collection of server log files (IP address, timestamps) by IONOS to prevent cyberattacks and ensure stability.
4. Storage and Hosting
Infrastructure: Hosted by IONOS SE. Document storage is encrypted within AWS (Region: Frankfurt, Germany).
Security: SSL/TLS encryption is active. Data Processing Agreements (DPA) according to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all sub-processors.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and request data portability of your personal data.
Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The responsible authority for us is the "Hessischer Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit".
6. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
When managing third-party data (customers/partners) in ManagerCloud, you act as the Data Controller. We act as your Data Processor. Details are governed by the separate DPA (Art. 28 GDPR), available in your user dashboard.
